Privacy Policy

Innovvares Ltd Last updated: 24 July 2026

Innovvares Ltd ("Innovvares", "we", "us", "our") is a company registered in Scotland (company number SC+447451263163, registered office 28-30 North Street, Dalry, Ayrshire, KA24 5DW. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit www.innovvares.com ("the Site").

We are committed to protecting your privacy in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. What this policy covers

This policy covers data collected through the Site itself. It does not cover purchases made through Amazon — if you buy a product via our Amazon storefront, that transaction is handled entirely by Amazon under Amazon's own Privacy Notice. We don't receive or process your payment or order details in that case.

2. Information we collect

We collect very little personal data directly, since the Site doesn't run its own checkout or account system. The main ways we may receive information are:

If you contact us — when you email us (including via the "Send message" link on our Contact page), we receive whatever information you choose to include, typically your name, email address, and the content of your message.

Automatically, via cookies and similar technologies — like most websites, our Site may use cookies for basic functionality and, where enabled, analytics (for example, to understand how many people visit and which pages are popular). See Section 5 below.

We do not knowingly collect any special category data (such as health or financial information) through the Site.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

Respond to enquiries you send us;

Understand how visitors use the Site, so we can improve it (where analytics are enabled);

Meet our legal obligations.

Our legal basis for processing contact/enquiry data is legitimate interest (responding to people who reach out to us) or, where relevant, consent. Our legal basis for any analytics cookies is consent, which you can withdraw at any time (see Section 5).

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

Service providers who help us run the Site (for example, our website hosting/platform provider), who process data on our behalf and only as instructed by us;

Law enforcement or regulators, if we're legally required to.

We do not transfer personal data outside the UK/EEA except where a service provider we use requires it, in which case we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the UK's International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations).

5. Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We may use:

Strictly necessary cookies, which the Site needs to function and which don't require consent;

Analytics cookies (for example, Google Analytics), which help us understand Site usage — these are only set with your consent.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking cookies may affect how the Site functions.

6. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for. Enquiry emails are typically kept only as long as needed to resolve your query and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you;

Ask us to correct inaccurate data;

Ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten");

Object to or restrict certain processing;

Withdraw consent at any time (for anything based on consent, such as analytics cookies);

Data portability, where applicable;

Complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you're unhappy with how we've handled your data.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

8. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent version. We encourage you to review it periodically.
