1. About this site
The Site is here to showcase our 3D-printed products, including MyMedal, and to let you get in touch with us. We don't sell products directly through the Site — where a product is available to buy, we link out to our Amazon storefront, where the purchase itself takes place.
2. Purchases made via Amazon
Any product you buy through a link from this Site is sold via Amazon, not by us directly through this Site. That purchase is governed entirely by Amazon's own Conditions of Use and Amazon's returns, delivery, and payment policies — not by these Terms. We're not responsible for the checkout process, payment handling, or order fulfilment once you leave the Site for Amazon. Any questions about an order, delivery, refund, or return should go to Amazon customer service in the first instance, though we're always happy to help however we can as the manufacturer.
3. Using the site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn't infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Site by anyone else.

This section does not affect your statutory rights, or any rights or protections you have when purchasing through Amazon.
